There was exactly one thing I wanted to treat myself to this month. Arrived today. And I've already completed my first session. Insane. Intense. Hardly bearable for the first few minutes.

昨日、Shakti Mat（シャクティマット） というトゲトゲのマットと枕が届きました
いくつかレベルがある中で、一番痛いアドバンスを注文

さっそく横になってみると・・・激痛！！
針が細かく刺さるような痛み⚡

でも、しばらくすると、呼吸に合わせて
チクチク→じわ〜っと温かく→眠くなる
という不思議な感覚

痛みがある場所は、筋膜が固くなっているみたい
背中はまだいいけど、胸は悶絶、足裏はもっと痛い

でも、こういうのに慣れていくのが楽しい
新しいおもちゃが手に入ったみたいでワクワクします
