More repairs on my Salomon Speedcross 3 trail shoes today.
My fave trail shoes so I'm determined to extend their life as much as possible.
These shoes have done many hundreds of miles and they're starting to show it 😉

Had a go at patching up my trusty Salomon Speedcross 3 trail running shoes today, with the help of a little kit from www.pairups.co.uk
Really easy to do and will hopefully mean these already high mileage shoes will keep going for many more miles.

Spent the evening repairing my Saucony Guide 17s with my new repair kit from @pair-ups.bsky.social (had to pay customs duty as it came from outside EU into Ireland!). Uppers cominng away from soles at the same place on both shoes (not cool Saucony). Plenty of KMs left in these yet! #ShareYourPairUps
