SHARING MY WORLD Share Your World 31st January It's a rare day that I only get to this prompt so late in the week. Do you find it relatively easy to fall asleep at night? I take medication. I take it, and half an hour later, I'm gone for at least a solid four hours. I don't know where the 8-hour thing came from.
