Monarca was a 68-gun #shipOfTheLine of the #SpanishNavy, ordered in 1754 to a design by expatriate British ship designer Richard Rooth and launched in 1756. She belonged to the four-ship Triunfante class. She fought at the #BattleOfCapeStVincent in 1780.

Two years ago, I started working on this slice through a 74-gun third rate #ShipOfTheLine (HMS Tremendous) as a proof of concept before tackling a full hull. In these renders, the structure for everything up to the main gundeck is in place.
