My sisig. Which was good and I didn't hate at all, seriously.

Actual sisig. Not only does it taste different it even looks different

I try to make food I have never tried, from places I have never been.
I always worry that they don't taste like they're supposed to and I won't know the difference.

Fried Lumpiang Shanghai - spring roll wrapper, ground pork, minced carrots, onions and garlic. These are freaking fantastic! Best egg roll I have ever eaten, so delicious!

Lechon kawali sisig - crispy pork belly, liver, egg, onions, chili peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayo. Served with white rice with fried garlic bits. Absolutely amazing! The food here is incredible. Everything is made fresh to order. If you're in Fredericton you should eat here!

Bagnet Kare-Kare - crispy pork belly, peanut sauce, bok choy, string beans, eggplant. Served with white rice and crispy garlic bits. Soya sauce with calamansi juice for dipping Unbelievably good! We ate way past being full and we're just eating for the flavours! Come here, eat amazing food at Kadiwa Filipino and Asian Mini Grocery Store!
