A way to begin as a tracker is to try a #sitspot practice. Go outside somewhere and just sit quietly. Don’t take your phone. (If you’re on a schedule, a kitchen timer or asking someone to come get you are alternatives.) Let what happens happen. Some of it will be surprising.
