(Mr.) Kaycee, a Sitting Ducks OC of mine who holds a book that is titled, "How to Not Be Scared Every Damn Time for Dummies." He works as both a Ducktown Elementary School teacher and a street performer. He was originally from "The Outback" and is mildly treated like an outcast by many staff members. Kaycee has two modes of transportation: flight and a Red Scooter for longer travels. He's very paranoid at night due to an "unfinished deal" with crocodiles back in the Outback and feels like he's being watched, which explains why he works on grading paperwork late at night. Kaycee is a Hagoromo (Japanese Crested Budgerigar) + Budgerigar mix.
