Slugbug is a character who can turn into a classic light blue Volkswagen Beetle. She has the ability to access parts of the transformation only (feet to wheels for example). So the idea here was if she were able to manipulate that aspect and form other creations from car parts such as the giant fist shown here. The tire wheel would allow the fist to spin giving her a massive corkscrew.

A 7" extended play record, "Narthex" by Slugbug. The sleeve shows a wall socket of some kind that resembles a face (used prominently on the "Legobreath" music video). The label has a box containing the letters AAA, a spoof of the CD terminlogy where AAD would mean the CD was tracked on analogue tape, mixed on analogue tape and then digitized for the CD. Since the EP was tracked and mixed on tape and the lacquer was cut directly from the stereo master with no digital stages at all, it reads "AAA" instead. The EP is called "Narthex" by Slugbug, and the two tracks on this side are "German Rhythm" and "The Narthex".

(One of the songs does contain the lyrics "Unimprovable land") Not shown, on the rear side the runout groove contains the words "Thank you Sam" which is probably a shout-out to the late Sam Sayre Vandelinder who played alongside Paul Millar on the "Tucker A&M Perry Foundation" album, and to whom the "0xBAADFOOD" album was dedicated.
Got the most recent Slugbug EP, it was a slow burn but I love the soundscapes. Those from the 80s may recall early CD's had codes such as AAD or DDD showing which bits were digital and which were tape. With this he's put AAA on the label since it was done 100% analogue.
