Some tough work on #MaxEffort #snatchGripDeadlift, here for 355, and then accidentally loading 10lb extra for 380 and the 400 grinder of a 15lb PR. Then a backdown of the intended 310x5, which felt pretty tough, but unsurprisingly after reviewing the video and realizing I overloaded the singles
#MaxEffort #snatchGripDeadlift for 345, 365, and the 385 PR. That's 20lb worth in two months. Then it was a 305x5 backdown.
#MaxEffort #snatchGripDeadlift here for 335, 355, and the 10lb PR of 375. That's 20lb put on this lift inside of four months and over three sessions. Then it was 300x5 backdowns.
Third #MaxEffort session on #snatchGripDeadlift, here for 325, 345, and the 365 PR, which moved easily enough that I may just go for 375 next time. Then 295x5 for the backdown.
I've also included the first set of my jump to 95x2x7 on #weightedSitUps and then also one set of #sideBends with 15x10.
Second #MaxEffort session on #snatchGripDeadlift, here for 315, 335, and maybe a little too easy on the 360 PR (definitely could have managed 365 or higher, but hadn't eaten at all beforehand and didn't much feel like pushing the envelope). Then I did a backdown of 285x5.
Been looking Forward to this addition of #MaxEffort #snatchGripDeadlift to my #deadlift max rotation. Hadn't done this variation since December, but brought it back in order to extend the rotation asynchronously to six weeks. This is 295, 325, and 355 with a backdown of 275.
Incidentally, I backed off with the #snatchGripDeadlift, and though I didn't get it from him and already was in the custom of backing off stiff-legged deads in this fashion, I was mildly amused that he also loves them and does them with about the same stance I've tended toward.
