Oh yeah! I was given the important role of taking the bread out of the oven before it burns. A complex two step process of taking the lid off 10mins before the end and then taking it out of the oven. Nailed it! #soughdough #baking #bread #homebake

My first soughdough loaf. It's wholemeal spelt. It's tasty and edible, but a bit dense. I think it needed more hydration. I think i will try a standard white leaf next. Any thoughts from more experienced bakers?
