48 hour ferment
I have been using this one more so it’s now at the peak of its oven bouncing. Uncontrollably so 😂
I do try but it still manages to find ways to expand I hadn’t seen..
Prob less sourdough in mix needed.

I had a craving for a Victoria Sandwich cake today, so, voila! A really lovely light sponge w/ plenty of vanilla bean paste. I then sandwiched the sponges together with a chantilly cream and strawberry jam, lightly dusted with some icing sugar to finish 😋

Brown sourdough homemade bread.
Oh yeah! I was given the important role of taking the bread out of the oven before it burns. A complex two step process of taking the lid off 10mins before the end and then taking it out of the oven. Nailed it! #soughdough #baking #bread #homebake
