Rewatching the #PiratesoftheCaribbean films. I always knew I recognized Bootstrap Bill, but I didn’t realize it was Zaddy #StellanSkaarsgard until rewatching it now many years later. I love how well made these films are. Good date night for us two old theater nerds.

He was an actor as well, appeared in some major roles in 1980s and 1990s including in #MerchantIvory films #HeatandDust with #JulieChristie, #ThePerfectMurder with #NaseeruddinShah, #MadhurJaffrey and #StellanSkaarsgard, also in #Saaz with #ShabanaAzmi among others.
