Storm Bertie left a bit of a puddle around our town yesterday. Our local lake is now twice as big and has incorporated the rugby and football fields and tennis courts. A lot of cleaning up to do. This was my usual path this morning ... Took a different route.

He died almost 12.5 years ago, aged 94. He was a wonderful Grandad and a true gentleman, kindness personified.
