I am kind of astonished that the City Public Works Department #StreetsLA Bureau crews are OK with doing such faulty work like this.

I shared this BSS #StreetsLA #largeasphaltrepair photo in a few places. I just noticed that it shows a clear example of how "LAR" skirts ADA law. Check out the lamppost (yellow arrow) in the middle of the sidewalk - blocking wheelchair access.
