Two bears focussed on the wet grassy ground atop a mountain with their heads down, eating whatever delicacies they find among the grass and puddles and completely ignoring me! How rude! Extra info: Grinder and Coola are two grizzly bears who have resided at the Grouse Mountain Refuge for Endangered Wildlife since 2001. They were brought to the refuge after being orphaned as cubs. Grinder was found alone near Invermere, while Coola was found near Bella Coola after his mother was killed by a vehicle. They were introduced to each other and have lived together at the refuge ever since, becoming popular attractions.
