I deeply enjoy finding lines in novels where I can really feel how pleased the author was with themselves after they wrote it. I finished #swordheart this week, and while there were many such lines in the book, this was my favorite.

Absolutely gorgeous dust jacket is the best compliment I can give #Swordheart. I gave it 2 days & 100 pages. I did not like the energy of the MFC and the whole man from a magical sword fell flat for some reason. Maybe just wrong mood/time. I have very much enjoyed #T.Kingfisher in the past. #booksky
