I pay bills by phone banking, and hate that #TDCanada doesn't respect that. 4 years now, the force me to listen to 10 seconds "did you know, you can do all your banking with the app" between each payment.

NEW MESSAGE BETWEEN EVERY PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION NUMBER. 10 seconds, "Did you know you can complete all your bill payments and transfers between your account and EZ Web on the TD App. Your balance will be updated right away" Since October 2021, no one has responded, TD Canada Customer Service

I sent complaints right to Head Office, moved savings away from #TDCanada because of it
Who runs #TDBank financial affairs? Digital department.
Takes 10min to pay 5 bills, but faster if you hang up, ramble begins , and call back to pay the next bill. I even took them to the BBB over it.
