I headcanon Aaravos as a total dork, which clashes with his aura of coolness many people like him for. I like to see him being so majestic in front of others, but clumsy, silly, lazy in private.

Viren and Harrow like playing board games (although Viren pretends that he doesn't). Harrow is always a passionate player and likes to rub it in when he wins. Viren, however, wins more often (obviously, he's a nerd).

An Aaravos hc! I used to headcanon that Aaravos developed a drinking problem while imprisoned, though now I'm not even sure if he even needs to eat or drink. He sat in one spot and cried for 100 years straight, after all.

If he lived in our world, he'd be the guy who washes his hands EXACTLY as instructed for EXACTLY the time required, would disinfect ANYTHING before as much as looking at it, and keep a 12 ft distance (in case he absolutely has to leave the house)
