Whenever ANYONE opposes #DEI, ask them a very simple question...

"Do you oppose Diversity ? Is it the Equity ? Or is your issue with Inclusion ?"

They'll likely start "speaking in word salad" as their brains try to process the reality of their unexplained hatred.
