Black tea blend - lightly smoky 195° for 3-5 minutes
Bohea (pronounced "Bo - He" ) is a distinctive black tea blend with a light smoky flavor. It was so popular in colonial times that Bohea became the common word for tea. It was imported in larger quantities than all other teas combined. In the Boston Tea Party, 240 chests of Bohea were destroyed.

Today's tea is the last of the Colonial Bohea. It tastes gamey like a camp fire, and has a good strong odor that fills the kitchen with warmth. It's from the Teas of the Boston Tea Party collection. #teaismagic 🍵
