十六文 そば七 小伝馬町
天ぷらそば
午前中のうちに職場を出て小伝馬町へ。お昼は蕎麦にしました。
十六文の意味を調べてみると、江戸時代に物価統制で蕎麦の価格が十六文に固定されていたんだそうです。
「二八そば」は「にはち十六」からの洒落で生まれた呼び名なのだとか。
立派な海老天が2尾。揚げた瞬間に蕎麦へ入れてるので火傷するほど熱々です。
