This was a phenomenal novel! I loved seeing the way Kate Quinn handled a cast of entirely real people in her narrative. Lady Death was a fascinating historical figure and Quinn really brings her to life on the page.

Read The Diamond Eye by Katie Quinn off my #TBR2025 list. Amazing read! I love how the author lets you know what she changed/added and what she was skeptical about.

It is a dramatized historical fiction set from the perspective of a female Russian sniper in WW2.

I just finished #TheDiamondEye which was fantastic but now I'm firmly back in fluff land. Getting my Wes/Liz fix, finally, and working my way thru the others. Happy Medium is enjoyable so far but the Under the Mistletoe stories are uneven. 2 to go.
