We went to see The Importance Of Being Ernest this afternoon.

Waiting for my wife to come out of the toilets I found myself standing beside a trans woman, she was a living explanation of the final line of the play: “[she’s] been Ernest all the time”.

Well, that's a shame. Came all of the way to London to see #TheImportanceofBeingErnest only to find that Ncuti Gatwa is unwell, so his understudy is stepping in. Luckily there's stellar cast lead by Sharon Clark to make up for it!
