I ❤️ to do lists!
I have had a running to do list that runs between 18 and 30 items. Each day I try to do 1-3 items early am and keep adding to the to do list as needs arise so I don't have to keep thinking about doing that when I don't have time. 🐵♥️ #volunteer #life #helping 🐵s

When a study ends that is nonterminal for a monkey and they cannot be sold to more research studies, do you think the monkey:
A) should be euthanized for low cost?
B) sent to sanctuary for higher cost?

Why do I help monkeys? In college, I worked at a lab with 97 Amazing Rhesus Monkeys. They inspired me to do more for their species. Society has helped chimpanzees. We should be doing the same for the monkeys and helping them achieve sanctuary whenever possible. ❤️🌹🐵

Sadly I saw a big sanctuary fail 15 years ago and it tarnished the sanctuary community's reputation. Lobbying for change for animals is one needed approach, but supporting the sanctuaries concurrently is appreciated.🌹🐵

I met with a professor at the local university and when he saw one of his veterinary students, he introduced me and pointed at me and said: "she's controversial." I said "there should be nothing controversial about sending monkeys to sanctuary." The professor agreed. #conversations
