A miniscule man plants a yellow flag on top of a "mountain". The "mountain" is actually a giant man's pointed beard, which resembles a mountain. The giant is lying down, hands clasped over his chest. There appears to be an arc of stars on his chest. Kinda resembles something else when put together with his beard and the 'cloud layer' surrounding him. Buuuuut I don't think it's Paramount to the drawing to understand the reference.
