For blind people, it’s not a glass ceiling, it’s a locked door.
Perhaps, instead of punitive cuts and demonisation in the media, the #DWP and #TimmsReview should turn their attention to where this problem starts, not where it ends - a discriminatory employment landscape. 3/3
