This is a redraw of a scene in TPOT where Pencil is about to blast Four with the powers she stole from them. She is portrayed as a human with long pink hair, a grey headband, an orange, ripped up tank top of multiple hues, a torn black pencil skirt (hehe get it), and mascara and sweat running down her face.
