The greatest takeaway I would see here is that reducing the speed is a much greater impact than vehicle lights. Maintaining high speeds and adding some small technological change won’t have the same impact on eliminating death in our traffic systems. #trafficdanger

What differentiates those who are not interested (S1) to those who want to but feel it is impossible (S2) was believing that cycling is enjoyable, but also feeling concerned about traffic and that cycling can be stressful (likely because of #trafficdanger).
