I tried TrainPal App - it was £20 cheaper than Trainline. Bad decision ! No reserved seats. The route choice was terrible. Over an hour and one 2 hours late & train announced all refunds will be paid. Trainpal - no refunds allowed. Gone back to Trainline and LNER.
