This smiling douchebag, Traitor Tom Cotton tries to tell reports that "to him" it appeared the two survivors of the strike on the "drug boat" were attempting to "turn the boat over, RELOAD it, and continue their mission." There is NO way he could tell if they intended to "reload" the boat after turning it over... EVEN IF two wounded men were able to turn the boat over by themselves while floating in the ocean. And it's LUDICROUS to believe the boat was even still sea-worthy after a missile strike by a fighter jet.
