A new record of the #triplefin 𝘌𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘨𝘪𝘶𝘴 𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘴 has been documented in the Yaeyama Islands (Iriomote).

Red black-faced Triplefins (Tripterygion tripteronotum) are very common in the Gulf of Castellammare but I only saw one male in full breeding regalia.
