Is this red-eyed fly a flesh fly or Polietes lardarius

There are at least 62 species of flesh fly in the UK, apparently. I've no idea which one the Sarcophagidae this one is...perhaps it's actually not a flesh fly at all, but one of the lookalikes, Polietes lardarius?
