I’ve been in #Kenya for a month now and here are some observations.
#chakula (#Food) edition:
The crispy edges of #ugali at the side of the pan taste like tortilla chips.
Nyama choma and kachumbari (grilled goat ribs served with something similar to pico de gallo) is the best dish ever.

Back from vacation. All in all happy we scathed by with no major incidences of food poisioning. I discovered #ugali in Kenya, and now it is going to become part of my go to. Also fresh ginger juice. And fragrancing the house with bakhoor.
