measuring time and proximity in flickering light and heartbeats eyelashes bely the apathy of science and insincerity the grass was never so verdant til the butterflies came with myriad lunatic hues but what if the book ends and the loose ends leave me frustrated but what if the movie ends and we never find out if the protagonist ever gets the girl but what if the song ends before it really fucks up my heart what lingers on my lips is the echo of the thirst then the deluge and i miss you in this fragmented reality in these isolated verses in alabaster grace carved in moonlight the stars love you my love how i envy their perceived infinity because all i have is this will it do?
