A real treat after guiding all day long, just before riding a shinkansen back home: Vegan Paitan Spicy Ramen at Ramen Kiou under Shin-Osaka station. Guiding one last time at the World Expo, I could taste #vegan takoyaki in Osaka! Invented here a century ago, the grilled octopus balls were reinvented cruelty-free with mushrooms by "Vegan & Gluten-free Osaka" restaurant.
