Taart bestaande uit 2 lagen cake met daartussen en bovenop een laag advocaat en toefen slagroom. Bovenop liggen ook 7 pure chocolade eitjes en de slagroom is bestrooid met wat cacaopoeder.

Gister gemaakt naar een recept uit Taart ende Koeck. Strakjes klein puntje bij de koffie. 🍰☕
(De helft staat inmiddels in de vriezer 😉).
Een volgende keer de 'advocaat' toch iets dunner maken om een mooie drip te krijgen.

The lamination is amazing! I’ve never seen vegan laminated pastries like this before. I heard Forma uses Tourlami plant-based butter.
