A Japanese-variety sweet potato sending up the first of two sprouts to eventually become slips for planting later this spring.

Been tending to my sweet potato sprouting bin for the past couple weeks, and my patience has started to pay off with one of the three potatoes starting to sprout! Hoping the other Japanese variety will reward me like this one is. 🍠 🌱 #veggro #veg #garden
