His right eye socket appears to be full of diffuse magic, and his expression is calm but the hand not tucked in a pocket is clenched into a loose fist. Sans's eye sockets are full of a staticky looking magic with not distinct eyelights, and he has more, thinner teeth than most other Sanses. He is waving with a friendly smile.
