Did a #bloomburrow draft at the Juniper Order meetup. 4 players, 5 packs with 9 picks per pack. Went 2-1, finished 3rd on breakers. Will do a writeup for my @leaflet.pub in a few days.
Also drew a Bluey-themed Thundertrap Trainer token for my #vintagecube to keep for my vintage cube!

Tonight was peak vintage cube when as a farewell to the format on Arena I did a call with my bestie to draft and play together our last one. We had to leave it at 3-0 but it was absurd fun. @lsv.bsky.social would be proud.

Had a full 8-person cube draft at the Juniper Order meetup today. Drafted this disgusting 3-0 pile. Had to pass a Sol Ring for a Timetwister. Dark Ritual did a lot of heavy lifting.

4th Vintage Cube trophy, yet another RW aggro deck. This league was super quick, spent about 25 minutes playing all 3 matches. Strip Mine was great, and Nova Hellkite was fantastic. Hellkite is really up there in my picks for Vintage Cube now, it's consistently been great.

Third 3-0 Vintage Cube deck. Again w/ RW aggro. Phlage is nuts. Gone way up in my pick order as a result of this draft. It and Strip Mine basically carried the deck to most victories. Jitte almost lost me a couple of games because two separate opp's hit it with Ragavan lol

2nd Vintage Cube trophy of this iteration. Generous Plunderer was a workhorse, and slamming Goldspan or Othari almost always caused the opp to concede. Unfortunately I first picked Phelia and never cast it, or Pyrogoyf. Pretty solid deck overall though.

First Vintage Cube trophy deck of this iteration. Ancestral was obviously great, but Miscalculation won me multiple games from stopping an instant win or play that would have stabilised the board. Also Sedgemoor Witch+Chain of Smog+Time Warp won me a close game.

Also did a #mtgcube #vintagecube 1v1 Minneapolis draft. This deck was sweet but I lost 0-2. Game 1 they had turn 1 Sol Ring and Black Lotus, but was surprisingly competitive game that went long! Game two I mulliganed to 5, fought hard, but couldn't accumulate enough resources to get much going.
