Go into your archiveofourown or any fic posting Profile and edit your bio to let podficcers know you're okay with your fics being podficced! A podficcer might reach out in your comment section or social media dms. Having a policy for transformative works in your bio makes it easy for podficcers, translators or artists to know you're okay with art, podfic audio versions and or translators of your fics. A03 has a function that allows a creator the ability to link your work back to theirs. This means you don't have to worry about your fic being reposted without credit. When the podfic is posted onto A03 your fic appears at the top as a work inspired by theirs. Make sure to also say never use my work for ai training or to profit off of! Are you a fanfic writer!? Do you want people to make podfics of your works!? A podfic is an voiced audio book style version of your fic!
