VS Media Holdings Limited announces 1-for-20 Share Combination VS Media Holdings (NASDAQ: VSME) announced a 1-for-20 share combination of its Class A and Class B ordinary shares, effective on or around January 9, 2026. Beginning with the opening of trading on January 9, 2026, Class A shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the same symbol VSME with a new CUSIP G9517U111.The objective is to enable the company to regain compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2). Every twenty issued and outstanding shares will convert into one post-combination share; no fractional shares will be issued and fractional amounts will be rounded up. The board approved the combination on December 4, 2025 and shareholders approved it on December 31, 2025.

Especially for #SMEs, this means legal clarity, a shield from disproportionate data requests & less red tape.
