Wangi twin falls in spate during the wet season. The right hand fall is a mass of seething white water, crashing over the sandstone and filling the air the length of the plunge pool with spray and mist. In this shot the plunge pool is flooding, risen past its normal banks and visibly flowing with the volume of water pouring in.

Landscape view of twin waterfalls, seen across the flooding plunge pool at their base. The falls are approximately 50 metres high, cutting through rugged sandstone. While the left fall is only a metre or so across, the right fall, while not wide at the top, has a torrent of floodwater cascading down and bursting into mist on protruding rocks about halfway down.
