Katy is holding a remote control that, we must assume, has several buttons for torturing Cody (and one big red one for releasing the boar). She is scritching the head of Warmbo (the yellow puppet Cody from an alternate dimension) like a Bond villain with a cat. Warmbo is staring at the camera, his emotional state unclear.
