Just won my 3rd War Pension appeal against the #MOD 👍
All three were such a waste of time with the MOD in all of them failing to engage with the key points raised
As said by many working in this space, the MOD has an unofficial policy of delay, deny, die

When you complain about an Official Statistic having a glaring error, repeated annually since 2017
And forget to highlight that the error demonstrates the statistics are not being “managed impartially”,
but used to represent the gov dept in a better light than the case🤦♂️

Thankfully, their injury falls under the war pension scheme and they can wait to claim;
most currently serving fall under the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme and don’t have such a luxury to delay their claim
