Anyone know of any good guides to help people prepare their documents to help the PHSO's investigation?

(I mean, in addition to the PHSO's documents which are good, e.g. www.ombudsman.org.uk/making-compl...)

After 8yrs of #50swomen #waspi campaigning it goes back to parliament to decide how to remedy. #PHSO would have recommended compensation at level 4. Level 4 (£1,000 to £2,950)

So DWP rejects the Ombudsman's finding of maladministration in relation to #WASPI women's pensions. Surprise. Compensation scheme, anyone?
