I found Watari-kun’s ****** Is About to Collapse anime series very boring due to its poor writing and weakly developed main and side characters. Satsuki Tachibana is the only real positive in this otherwise forgettable series. 6/10

I’m 10 episodes into Watari-kun's ****** Is About to Collapse and Satsuki Tachibana is absolutely carrying the show. So far, she’s the only good thing about the series because the MC and side characters are just so bland and boring.

In the end a very uneven rom-com with some big ideas it's trying to communicate about dating and family. I did like the characters more-or-less, but I think the parts that dragged a bit keep it from becoming something I'd recommend in the genre. #WatariKun

-I liked that Tamayo got development.
-Naoto proposal to Satsuki & Satsuki declaring her love to Naoto on the beach were the best scenes.
Ishihara, Shimada is right there if you want a first kiss, she's probably willing to cheer you up too.
Lots of communication between Watari and Satsuki, their relationship seems pretty rock solid at this point that I wonder what's left to tell in the finale. #WatariKun

-I loved how Naoto helped Satsuki with her social anxiety at her siblings wedding.
-Satsuki & Naoto talking about starting a family was a good conversation.
Thinking back, Watari used the English word "platonic" to describe their relationship, which maybe is accurate but isn't what I'd commonly expect to hear when applied to a romantic/physical but non-intercourse couple. Wonder if that might be wasei-eigo. #WatariKun
Was ready to say "finally" but even still there's no home run.
Tokui's dark past: so he was interested in a MILF, just not one that had ever appeared in the show before.
This was easily one of the better episodes of the show, both in composition and people just talking about feelings. #WatariKun

Episode didn't have a great flow from scene to scene. And even though we learned about Satsuki's family, it doesn't feel like that's going to lead to understanding her now.
Also I had assumed that the employee taking over was going to be a big reveal but it was just so matter of fact. #WatariKun

The Umezawa date was cute and good that Igarashi is hanging in there, but you should have just committed even if it was embarrassing or there was a security camera after rejecting both of them. #WatariKun

-The answer that he gave to both Satsuki & Yukari was horrible. It was another indecisive answer in a different way and made the situation worse for all 3 of them.
-I feel like Naoto's aunt and Yukari's brother is gonna help all3 of them.
