Spotted this deer while at Cow Close Farm for a day’s work on Saturday. #cowclosefarm #wildandother #rewilding
Love it. Here’s a photo of some more - this on the 20 acres that we are rewilding. #wildandother
Spotted on one of our wildlife cameras at Cow Close Farm - a Tawny Owl! One of my favourite jobs is checking the footage that has been captured each week. #wildandother #rewilding
I wrote a little blog on the wildlife ponds we’ve created at Cow Close Farm. Have a look here if you’re interested: wildandother.com/pond-creation/

Here are a couple of deer wandering by one of our wildlife cameras a couple of weeks ago. #rewilding #cowclosefarm #wildandother
And here’s a badger crossing another part of the stream. We created a ‘leaky dam’ at this point - to mimic what a beaver might have done - to create a slower, wider pool of water which animals and birds like to drink from or bathe in. #wildandother #rewilding #cowclosefarm
View of a wooden farm gate through to snow covering an orchard
A frozen, snow covered pond in the early morning
A small stream flowing, surrounded by snow
Animal footprints in the snow
Cold day on the farm today but wonderful to have such beautiful surroundings and to see what happens in, on, under and over the land during the changing seasons. #cowclosefarm #wildandother
