Recipe sheet for a wild beer I brewed 12 years ago.

Drinking a 12-year-old beer that I fermented with wild yeast I captured from the air in Samobor, Croatia. Basically a Belgian Dubbel. Still very carbonated & isn't oxidized. Phenolic & estery. Caramel, raisins. Pleasant. Alcohol, though 8.4% abv, isn't harsh. Nice beer.
