Well...that's for sure! Winter came early and hard to Maine and hasn't really let up other than the sporadic warming day.
We're in that part of winter, again early, when you look at the thermometer when you get up, see it's up to 8º, and feel relieved.

The monumental head of Arthur Fiedler, a long-time conductor of the Boston Pops Orchestra, was completed in 1984, and dedicated on June 30 of that year. The aluminum sculpture is made of 83 plates and stands approximately 6.5 ft. tall. It rests on a pink granite base that is approximately 18 in tall, and carved with “Arthur Fiedler” over “Musician”.
