But honestly, we showed ourselves: the full picture, the undeniable truth you run from with such pace. I still hold that side of you with grace while you hold your regret like Atlas. Always holding a universe you’d never let yourself see. Always holding another you only wish was me.

I write a lot and I write quickly. And I didn't let people read my poetry for the longest time, but now I'm just going for it, and it feels good to let it out.

A creek view under a freeway bridge. The calm water reflects the underside of the bridge, making both the upper third (the bridge itself) and the lower third (its reflection) appear darker. On either side, tall concrete pillars frame the scene. At the center, an open span reveals dense woods stretching beyond the bridge. Along the right bank, a stretch of gravel forms a small beach.

I wanted to go to a colder creek for trout fishing, but with limited time, I went for a nearby creek😊
To make things a little more exciting, I pushed through a dense thicket and ended up under the freeway, fishing a stretch I only occasionally visit😉
